we were in amman for 3 days, had fine stay, the hotel was clean with magnificent location nearly to the city center. the free parking was in front of the property, excellent service. everything was simply excellent.

It was important to get Wheelchair Accessible room with plasma TVs, a hairdryer at the front desk plus WiFi and that went well.

The services here are top-notch. Their breakfast spread is packed with tasty local goodies, and you can't beat the location! 🌟

This hotel is slightly out of town, but is practically next door to the Four Seasons and the Sheraton, which is a great advantage. The location is considered one of the most prestigious areas in the capital. It's also convenient to have an HSBC bank next door. Getting taxis at any time was never a problem.

I recently stayed at Retaj in the heart of Amman for a quick business trip. The hotel's location on the main commercial street was ideal for both venturing into the city center and exploring the outskirts. The flexibility in check-in and check-out timings was greatly appreciated. The room service was efficient and satisfying. The staff, especially the front desk manager, Mr. Faris, went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The spacious and clean rooms, along with the helpful team members, made Retaj my preferred choice in Amman. I also want to thank Mr. Faris for arranging a special surprise for my wife's birthday during our check-in, and later arranging transportation to Petra. a wonderful hotel experience.
